Challenge

Develop an independent donuts brand with a completely new identity that matched the region’s cultural ideology.

Inspiration

Trends from other brands in the food industry fueled our inspiration. These trends allowed for a cohesive environment between the graphic elements and the product.

Process

Our goal was to “tropicalize” donuts so customers could relate to the brand. We benchmarked a variety of industry leaders from around the world, combining it with Dominican culture. This ultimately created a concept of sweet, savory and delicious donuts that the Dominican people could identify with.
